After diplomas in Italy and France (Conservatoire Supérieur de Lyon) at the famous School of Maxence Larrieu, he made his debut in 1982 as soloist with the RAI Symphony Orchestra.

Hence the beginning of a brilliant career that has taken him to Europe, the United States and Latin America, Asia (Japan, China, Thailand, Singapore, Korea) performing in famous halls and festivals such as Suntory, Hamarikyu, Kioi Hall in Tokyo, Rudolfinum Theater and Smetana Hall in Prague, Teatro Filarmonico in Verona, Parco della Musica in Rome, Serate Musicali in Milan, Seoul Art Center and Lotte Concert Hall. Soloist with, among others, the orchestras: the Prague Virtuosi, Ensemble of Tokyo, Tübinger Kammerorchester, Orchestre de Cannes Côte d'Azur, Thailand Philharmonic, Orchestra dell'Arena di Verona, Orchestre Royal de Chambre de Wallonie, Kazakh Academy of Virtuosi, Prague National Theater Orchestra, Turin Philharmonic Orchestra, West Bohemian Symphony Orchestra, Moravian Philharmonic Orchestra, he is on juries of Competitions in Europe and Asia. Formerly a lecturer at the Conservatory, Academy of Pescara, Saluzzo School, Arts Academy Foundation in Rome, Geneva Conservatory and Visiting Artist at St. Mary's College of Maryland, USA. Several radio-television and CD recordings (Camerata Tokyo, Universal). He received the International Prize for Chamber Music in Kyoto, performed for the G20 in Guatemala City, in 2011 he was awarded the European Award for Artistic and Cultural activities in Prague, and in 2018 he was awarded the BMIMF Best Artist at the Korean Busan Maru Festival.

Invited as Instrument Expert at the Conservatoire Supérieur de Lausanne and the Conservatoire Supérieur de Lyon, teaches at the Conservatoire de la Vallée d'Aosta
